Shipping & Returns

1. Next working day delivery is available on orders received from Mondays to Thurs before 10am. Orders received after 10am or those above 15kg will be dispatched next working day.​

Tasty Taste snacks are strictly next day delivery and delivery charges applies.

2. We are in partnership with a third party delivery company to deliver your pallet(s)/parcel(s) to you door or store. We will provide an ETA for your order and in some cases they will be trackable through UPS/DHL/Royal Mail.

3. Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time.

4. It is your responsibility to ensure that a recipient is available at the delivery address to receive and sign at the allocated delivery time slot. Failing this, the delivery company may attempt redelivery. We will NOT leave a delivery unattended. Ashabi will not be liable for any losses or further charges that may arise from missed delivery.

5. In the event of an adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control, delivery may be late or cancelled. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery date and time.

6. We advise that you inspect the goods promptly at the time of delivery and notify us of any defects within 2 hours of receipt. We reserve the right to issue a refund after this period.
